Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Penetration Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in penetration testing, a deep understanding of cybersecurity threats, and the ability to effectively identify and mitigate vulnerabilities. This role is critical in ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' digital assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough penetration testing on various network environments, applications, and systems.

• Identify security vulnerabilities and weaknesses through manual and automated testing methods.

• Develop comprehensive and detailed reports outlining the findings, including risk assessments and actionable remediation strategies.

• Collaborate with the development and infrastructure teams to ensure vulnerabilities are effectively addressed.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and technology advancements.

• Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients on how to improve their overall security posture.

• Perform social engineering tests to evaluate the effectiveness of client security awareness programs.

• Assist in the development and enhancement of internal security testing methodologies and tools.

• Participate in incident response activities, providing expert analysis and remediation advice.

• Conduct security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. 
  

Key Skills

• Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of network and application security, vulnerability assessment tools (e.g., Nessus, Burp Suite), and exploitation techniques.

• Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in penetration testing across diverse environments.

• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CEH, GPEN, or similar.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think like an attacker.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Programming Knowledge: Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Ruby, Bash) to develop custom testing tools.

• Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing security landscapes.

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in testing and reporting.

• Team Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

• Ethical Integrity: Adherence to ethical hacking standards and a strong understanding of legal and compliance issues related to penetration testing.
